Stingray Group Inc. announced on September 24, 2026 that its TuneIn streaming audio platform has entered into an agreement with automaker Stellantis to integrate the TuneIn app directly into select future Stellantis vehicles. Drivers will get access to more than 100,000 radio stations plus podcasts, news, music and programming from local, national and international broadcasters, with integrated driver controls for play, pause and changing audio.
The companies did not identify which Stellantis brands or models will offer TuneIn, or when the integration becomes available — the announcement describes future vehicles only. Stingray says TuneIn is now available on more than 200 connected devices and 14 automotive brands, underscoring how the car dashboard remains one of the most contested distribution surfaces in audio.
For podcasters, the practical angle is reach: in-car listening is a large share of total audio consumption, and every new dashboard integration is another path for a show to be found outside the phone. The release is a company announcement, so the device and brand counts are Stingray's figures.
