AudioPulse announced on November 2, 2026 that it is releasing free, full length books as episodic podcasts, the company said in its launch release.
The first three titles are F. Scott Fitzgerald's The Great Gatsby, Napoleon Hill's Think and Grow Rich, and Steven Meyers' The Treehouse, the account of bank robber Scott Scurlock. Each book is presented unabridged, chapter by chapter, as a podcast series. All three are available now at no cost on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Amazon Music and iHeartRadio.
The company frames the move as a publishing question. Audiobooks usually sit behind a purchase, a credit system or a subscription, while podcast feeds are open and already sit on the listener's phone. AudioPulse chief product officer Roy Rubanenko said in the release that books should reach readers through the open audio feeds people already use. Those are the company's own claims for its model, stated in its own release.
Why it matters. A book released into a podcast feed inherits podcast mechanics. It can be followed, it surfaces in podcast search, and new chapters can land like episodes. For podcasters, the test running here is whether long backlist books can find a new audience inside podcast apps without a bookstore in the middle.
AudioPulse says more titles will follow the first three. The launch titles are streaming now.
